“Meet and Greet” is a service offered, Free to new and prospecting clients; who are interested in working with a Certified Personal Trainer and/or Nutritionist to reach their goal(s).
The Meet and Greet:
This is where you meet with YOUR Coach/Trainer either in-person, or on ZOOM; and go over goals and expectations, products and services offered, as well as complimentary Exercise and Dietary information to take home with you.
The “Breaking Bread” service is highly recommended to new and prospecting clients; who are looking to get the most out of the search for a Certified Personal Trainer and/or Nutritionist. Combines the basic consultation with a product demonstration and sampling.
Breaking Bread:
This is where YOUR Coach/Trainer will meet with you in-person, so you can Get to know them further than just a billboard. You will go over goals and expectations, products and services offered, and obtain complimentary Exercise and Dietary information to take home with you. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to navigate through program options, sample items in your supplement plan, and sign-up the same day!
“Judgement Day” A day that is ALL ABOUT YOU, or an hour for that matter. This session can and will be used as a baseline comprehension of where you are, as well as a reference to look back on to see how far you have come. Time for YOU to look at YOU and make a decision of where YOU want to be and how YOU are going to get there.
Judgement Day:
This is a residential, in-person session to Review and Determine your Past, Present, and Future in the gym; and in life. You and your coach will review Past and Present medical history, determine body type, circumference measurements and BMI, and identify postural weaknesses, and/or movement restrictions. All while following-up and finishing with a 20 minute goal setting outline for your coach to guide you through and help you keep yourself focused and accountable to the future you.
“Nutritional Provisions” is a session recommended for the sole purpose to produce and maintain proper weight management in your journey ahead. Nutrition is essential to achieving healthy muscle development, as well as, weight loss goals. Now, naturally there are basic guidelines for everyone, however finding out what is appropriate and correctly sustainable for YOU and YOUR nutrition, that is different for everyone. In most cases, it’s not what you take from your diet, it’s what you put in it.
Nutritional Provisions:
In this session you and your coach will meet face to face and discuss your overall health, current diet, and goals. That will take roughly 30 minutes to complete. After this your Coach will go over dietary guidelines to follow, and cautions to be aware of in the marketplace. Based on your description of present lifestyle conditions, you and your coach will orient a nutrition plan for optimal sustenance in alignment with your goals. As an added benefit this information will enable your coach to suggest key essential nutrients and/or vital minerals to be supplemented into your diet that would be missing otherwise.
